MEET THE TOWN SQUARE FORT MILL TEAM

Owner
Kelli Gagne is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a private practice specializing in dementia. After many years of practicing in the dementia space, she is acutely aware of the needs of families, caregivers, and those living with dementia.
Kelli’s thesis in her graduate program at Yale was centered around Reducing Caregiver Burnout and Stress, utilizing non-pharmacological interventions to minimize behavioral disturbances, and Delaying Institutionalization of Persons with Dementia. The opening of Town Square Fort Mill is a culmination of her years of practice, and she is excited about the natural extension of her behavioral health practice to include Adult Day and all that will do to relieve caregiver burden and stress and improve quality of life for persons living with dementia in the community.
