TOWN SQUARE® IS AN INNOVATIVE ADULT DAY CENTER FOR SENIORS THAT RESEMBLES A CLASSIC, MID-CENTURY SMALL TOWN.

Our innovative centers put members at ease and spark memories of the past with a variety of 1950s-themed activity rooms, complete with authentic decor. These spaces have been meticulously designed to create an immersive, nostalgic environment where memories come to the life.

About the Town Square Adult Day Center

  • 8 uniquely-designed, nostalgic activity rooms, called storefronts, and 2 classic facades
  • Ability to offer a wide range of essential care services, including physical therapy, showers, haircuts, and much more
