Senior Center and Adult Day in Sarasota Florida Improving Care and Support for the Aging Population

The Sarasota Senior Center and Adult Day Program offered by Town Square University Parkway is here to help Florida residents. This center offers a range of free resources as well as, support groups, and events to engage senior citizens and provide socialization opportunities. The center aims to support the aging community by offering a welcoming 1950s-themed space for seniors to connect with others, participate in activities, and access medical partners. Whether it’s art classes, fitness programs, or simply a chance to socialize with peers, the center provides a supportive environment that fosters a sense of community and well-being among its members. All members receive a free health assessment ensuring that they are placed in small groups with like-minded peers.

Town Square has person-centered programming that helps all seniors engage. Town Square’s team has the privilege of helping seniors build meaningful relationships. Currently, there are five groups daily at the center, each tailored to different stages of physical and cognitive health. Expert programming guides members through various storefronts every hour. Our goal is to ensure our members leave feeling happy, engaged, confident, and pleasantly tired.
